- Cortenstahl-Pflanzgefäße sind sehr robust, verschleißfest, wetterbeständig, pflegeleicht und langlebig.
- Inklusive Füße und Entwässerungslöcher. Dadurch schwebt das Pflanzgefäß etwas über dem Boden (15 mm) und hat eine optimale Drainage.
- Standardmaterialstärke des Cortenstahls beträgt 2 mm. Andere Materialstärken sind ebenfalls möglich.
- Maßanfertigungen sind möglich.
- Produkte werden ungerostet geliefert. Der Rostprozess von Cortenstahl dauert etwa 4-5 Monate, abhängig von den Wetterbedingungen.
- Mit Rust Accelerator (Rostbeschleuniger) können Sie den Prozess beschleunigen.
- Mit Owatrol Rust Oil können Sie den Rostprozess nachträglich fixieren, sodass er nicht weiterrostet und der Cortenstahl nicht mehr abfärbt. Zudem schützt es vor äußeren Einflüssen.
- Produkte müssen nach Erhalt sofort ausgepackt werden, damit eventuelle Feuchtigkeit zwischen Verpackung und Produkt nicht eingeschlossen bleibt. Dies kann unregelmäßige Rostflecken verursachen.
- Sorgen Sie für eine gute Drainage.
- Verwenden Sie kein Überlaufrohr; es darf kein überschüssiges Wasser im Cortenstahl-Pflanzgefäß stehen bleiben. Das Material kann dann durch eine Kombination aus Sauerstoff und Erde durchrosten.
- Verwenden Sie keine Hydrokörner: Diese speichern Feuchtigkeit.
- Wir raten von Cortenstahl innerhalb eines Radius von 2 km von einer Küste ab.
- Während des Rostprozesses kann Rostwasser vom Produkt abtropfen.
- Die Garantie erlischt, wenn Sie auf eine nicht vorgeschriebene Weise bohren oder schleifen.
- Versehen Sie den Boden mit einer Schicht Kieselsteine Ø35 mm Sortierung (ca. 10 cm).
- Legen Sie über die Kieselsteine ein wasserdurchlässiges Unkrautvlies.
- Bedecken Sie das Unkrautvlies mit Erde, die für Ihre Art der Bepflanzung geeignet ist.
- Verwenden Sie kein Überlaufrohr; es darf kein Wasser im Cortenstahl-Pflanzgefäß stehen bleiben.
